Server data

(1) In the merely informative use of our website, e.g. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure the stability, functionality and security of our website:

Cookies

Our website makes use of so-called cookies in order to recognize repeated use of our website by the same user/internet connection subscriber. Further functions and offers of our website

E-Mail inquiry

(1) If you send us inquiries via e-mail, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. It is necessary to enter your name and an e-mail address. The specification of a telephone number and other data is voluntary and serves to facilitate contact and to be able to address you personally. These data are stored and used solely for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

(2) Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question is finally clarified and provided that there are no statutory storage requirements.

Use of Jetpack with wordpress.com stats

Our site uses the Jetpack app by Automattic Inc., 132 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States of America, with technology by Quantcast Corp., 201 Third Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States of America. Data about each time our website is access is recorded via cookies and then stored in the United States to conduct web analytics. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the internet browser used by site visitors so that the browser can be recognised when the visitor returns to the site. The IP address is in this case immediately anonymised before it is stored. You may refuse the use of cookies and/or delete previously saved cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please be advised that if you opt out of using cookies, you may not be able to make full use of all the features of this website.

The collection and use of data by Jetpack can be excluded with future effect by setting an opt-out cookie for your browser at http://www.quantcast.com/opt-out. If you should delete all cookies from your browser, this opt-out process will have to be repeated.
